GUEST PARKING PASS
The registered owner of a motor vehicle is responsible for all violations issued to the vehicle regardless of who is operating the vehicle. If the vehicle is displaying a valid permit and incurs a citation for violation of these rules and regulations, the registered owner of the permit will be held responsible for all citations and/or fines issued to any vehicle displaying that permit. Failure to abide by these rules may result in the forfeiture of this permit.
Management or affiliates do not assume responsibility for any vehicle or its contents when parked on property.
Management or affiliates do not assume responsibility for damage to vehicles that are booted, immobilized, or towed due to violations incurred or as a result of policy violations.
Retain confirmation email (virtual guest pass) for your records.

Parking in a loading zone

Parking in a handicap space without proper permit or placard

Expired registration sticker or lack of a license plate

Taking up more than one space
